Insurance – its for the customer
Is the moving company responsible for my household goods when they are handling it?  The answer is YES!

Do I need an insurance of my household goods during the removal? The answer is YES!

When you contact the largest moving company in Denmark, you expect that ADAM will carry out your removal quickly, efficiently and with high quality and professionalism.

When you open the door to your new home or workplace you want everything to be as ususal, only in new surroundings.
Such an expectation stresses the importance of the details in the contract, the preparation before the removal and physical removal itself. Furthermore, it is very important that the removal is correctly insured - in case something in spite of everything goes wrong.

Insurance Conditions
ADAM's responsibility is regulated according to the trade conditions. If the removal takes place in Denmark, we work by the rules of DMF. If we are dealing with an international removal we work by the international set of rules named General Conditions for International Removals. Both the national and the international set of rules state that ADAM can be made responsible for the occured damage. However, the responsibility has a financial limitation to it.

If a damage occurs you expect a full financial compensation. The only way that you can be certain that such financial compensation is possible, is by taking out a tranport insurance.

You probably have contents insurance. Is that insurance necessary? If you have a car you probably have comprehensive motor insurance. Is that insurance necessary? Of course they are, you insure yourself against the unpredictable. Things can go wrong. Accidents can happen. Therefore you should insure your household goods during transportation from home to home.
